Freda is Registered Massage Therapist- RMT Graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage.
In furtherance of her Education, Freda has continued her Training Courses in Myofascial Cupping, Reflexology , Freda also took a Traditional Chinese Massage, Fire Cupping and Scraping Program in her hometown in China.
She offers Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage, she always comes up with a personalized treatment plan for every client to achieve maximum effects in relieving pain and Muscle Stiffness. She also offers Therapeutic and Pregnancy Massage.
With strong hands and gentle thoughts she is ready to service the Community.
In Her free time, Freda enjoys Outdoor Activities, Hiking, Gardening, Van Traveling, Route 66,Mexico adventure and much more.
